Apollo Solo Hardware Reset

Note: The same procedure applies to Arrow.

Follow the directions below to reset your Apollo Solo hardware:

1. Disconnect all cables connected to Apollo Solo, including the Thunderbolt 3 cable. If there are any monitor speakers or headphones connected to Apollo Solo make sure that they are either disconnected or powered off before continuing.

2. While Apollo Solo is disconnected from the computer and powered off, press the following buttons - the main Level knob, the Polarity (Ø) button, and the Low Cut Filter Button (see picture below for reference).

3. Keeping the buttons pressed down, connect the Thunderbolt 3 cable. Apollo Solo will power on* and all the front panel LEDs will flash rapidly for several seconds.

*Note: The computer must be turned on during this procedure. Alternatively, if the computer is shut down (powered off), leave the Thunderbolt 3 cable connected to Apollo Solo and hold the buttons while starting the computer.

4. Once the front panel LEDs stop flashing you can release all three buttons. Then, disconnect and reconnect the Thunderbolt 3 connection to power cycle Apollo Solo once more.

Apollo Solo is now reset and ready for use.
