Arrow Basic Troubleshooting

When troubleshooting any issues with the Arrow hardware and/or software we recommend starting with the procedures below:

Replace Thunderbolt 3 Cable

Bad or defective Thunderbolt cables can cause many issues with Arrow, Apollo, or UAD devices. If your problem persists after performing the procedures listed above, we recommend replacing your Thunderbolt cable to eliminate that as a possible cause of the problem. Note that Arrow requires a Thunderbolt 3 USB-C cable*.
