I bought a microphone from an authorized retailer but it won't arrive before December 31st, what should I do?
As long as you can provide the invoice showing that you purchased the qualifying hardware before December 31st, you will benefit from the promotion.
I already own one or more of the plug-ins included in the bundle, can I get a replacement?
We will not offer alternate plug-ins if a customer already owns some or all of the plug-ins included in the Essentials bundle.
