Apollo Twin & Apollo Twin MkII Basic Troubleshooting

When troubleshooting any issues with the Apollo Twin hardware and/or software we recommend starting with the procedures below:

Uninstall / Reinstall UAD Software

Replace Thunderbolt Cable

Bad or defective Thunderbolt cables can cause many issues with Apollo / UAD devices. If your problem persists after performing the procedures listed above, we recommend replacing your Thunderbolt cable to eliminate that as a possible cause of the problem.
