Apollo Twin USB Basic Troubleshooting

When troubleshooting any issues with the Apollo Twin USB hardware and/or software we recommend starting with the procedures below:

Replace USB 3 SuperSpeed Cable

Bad or defective USB 3 cables can cause many issues with Apollo Twin USB. If your problem persists after performing the procedures listed above, we recommend replacing your USB 3 cable to eliminate that as a possible cause of the problem.
