Universal Audio Customer Support telephone support hours have changed!

In order to provide a faster response to email requests and improve the overall customer experience, Universal Audio Customer Support is moving the hours for phone support.

Universal Audio Telephone Support (USA)

Phone support is available during the following hours (Pacific Standard Time):

  •   Monday through Friday: 9 AM to 1 PM

Universal Audio Telephone Support (EU)

Phone support is available during the following hours (Central European Time):

  •   Monday through Friday: 9 AM to 1 PM

When contacting Universal Audio Customer Support via telephone:

  • Please be ready to provide your UA account email address.
  • Please be in front of the product that you are calling about and (if applicable) the computer you are using it with.
  • Please have your specific question ready to ask the technical support agent.
