To resolve this, follow these steps:
- First, check that the renewal of your Spark subscription went through and the payment was not declined. This can be checked on this page after you log into your account.
For more information on how to renew your Spark subscription, read this article. - If your Spark subscription renewed without issue, but the licenses still show as expired, then launch the iLok License Manager application to manually activate them.
- Log into your iLok account, and follow the steps in this article in order to set the Cloud session to the Automatic management mode. If the issue persists, continue with the next steps.
