Uninstall / Reinstall UAD Software

Replace Thunderbolt 3 Cable
Bad or defective Thunderbolt cables can cause many issues with Apollo or UAD devices. If your problem persists after performing the procedures listed above, we recommend replacing your Thunderbolt cable to eliminate that as a possible cause of the problem. Note that Apollo Solo requires a Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) cable*.
