The information in this article applies to the following Apollo USB models:

Important: These models have a locking power supply connector to prevent accidental disconnection. Not locking the power supply into Apollo Desktop's chassis correctly can result in the unit intermittently losing power or not powering on at all. When inserting, first align the two tab "wings" on the power cable's barrel connector to the notches on the power input. Then rotate the barrel clockwise to secure it to the chassis.
