How do I shop with my UAD Vault access?
If you have been granted access to the UAD Vault, discount pricing will either appear on the Checkout page or while browsing the store, as long as you are logged in. Products will have a “UAD Vault” badge to clarify the type of discount, as shown below.
In addition, you can view all Vault discounts at once – as well as exclusive options not on the public website – by visiting the UAD Vault landing page. You can find this in your UA Account Offers page.
How long is my UAD Vault access valid?
Your UAD Vault access ends 30 days after the date of registration of an eligible Apollo interface.
Will my existing coupons work on UAD Vault exclusives?
If the order meets all of the coupon’s eligibility criteria, you can use the coupon.
