If your UAD Spark Studio subscription renewal payment fails, the system will automatically retry the payment over the next few days, during which you can still use your plugins.
To change the payment method associated with your UAD Spark Studio subscription, go to your Subscription page, click Edit Subscription Details, then select Change Payment Method. This will send you an email with a secure link where you can enter your new payment info.
What if I want to resume my UAD Spark Studio subscription immediately?
If you’d prefer to manually trigger a billing attempt now, instead of waiting for the automatic payment retry system, you can pause and reactivate your subscription to trigger an immediate billing attempt:
- Go to your UA account Subscription page.
- Click on the edit icon next to Status.
- Select Pause and confirm.
- Click on the edit icon next to Status again, select Activate, and confirm.
Your card will be charged within 30 minutes, and if successful, your UAD Spark Studio subscription will resume.
My UAD Spark Studio subscription was cancelled, why is that?
After multiple failed billing attempts, your UAD Spark Studio subscription will be automatically cancelled. When this happens, simply sign up for a new UAD Spark Studio plan here.
