How Do I Redeem the Native UADx Licenses for Helios® Type 69 & Manley® Variable Mu?

Starting February 27, 2024, Helios® Type 69 Preamp & EQ Collection and the Manley® Variable Mu Limiter Compressor will be available in the native UADx format for the initial intro price of US $49.

If you already own these two UAD-2 plug-ins, you are entitled to claim the native licenses for free until March 27, 2024 by following the steps below:

  1. If you are entitled to this offer, an e-mail will be sent to you that includes a unique link and coupon code to claim your free native license. If you are entitled to both native licenses, you will receive a unique link and coupon code for each plug-in title
  2. To receive this e-mail, you must be signed up to the Universal Audio newsletter. If you are not registered, navigate to this page.
  3. Click the provided unique link(s) listed in the e-mail. You will be asked to login to your UA Account before being taken to a checkout page with your native UAD plug-in(s) carted.
  4. Apply your provided unique coupon code(s) at checkout and complete your free redemption. To apply the coupon, follow these steps.
  5. Download your free plug-in(s) via UA Connect. For more information about UA Connect and downloading native UAD plug-ins, read this article.

Once your coupon code expires on March 27, 2024, your native UAD plug-in upgrade will be $2.99.

Important Note: Make sure to use the provided unique link(s) in your e-mail, as carting the products from the UAD Store directly will prevent the coupon code from applying.

Help! When I try applying the coupon, I get an error that reads Coupon code is not valid

This error appears if the product was added directly from the UAD store rather than via the unique link provided in the e-mail.

  1. Refer back to the e-mail and click the provided links instead.
  2. If you have not received the e-mail, navigate to the product pages for Helios® Type 69 Preamp & EQ Collection or Manley® Variable Mu Limiter Compressor, then click the link as shown below:
