If you requested an Apollo/UAD-2 transfer from your account, but want to cancel the request, please follow the instructions below. These instructions assume that you already have the UAD software installed.
- Connect only the UA device with the pending transfer – disconnect any others.
- Log in to your existing Universal Audio account, then go to the Hardware Registration page.
- Select the device type:
- Select used, to proceed registering a used Apollo / Satellite / PCIe UAD-2 device:
- Enter the product serial:
- Launch UAD Meter & Control Panel, click the blue "UAD-2" button to open the main Control Panel window, and click "Authorize Plug-Ins…
