This article explains how to manage your UAD Spark subscription to do things like pause, resume, or cancel your subscription.

How do I get a UAD Spark subscription?

Easy! Just go to the UAD Spark product page and sign up. We even have a trial period, so you can try before you buy. 

How can I pause or cancel my UAD Spark Subscription?

You can pause or cancel your subscription any time without the need to contact Customer Support. To do so, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your account via the UA account page.
   
2. If you want to pause your subscription, click the pencil icon next to Status and click Pause. If you want to cancel your subscription, click Cancel.
   
3. Depending on your choice, an additional button will appear at the bottom. Click the lower Cancel button that appears to confirm the cancellation if you first clicked Cancel, or click the lower Pause button that appears if you chose to Pause the subscription.

How can I un-pause my UAD Spark subscription or resubscribe after cancelling?

1. Log in to your account via the UA account page.
2. To resubscribe, click the Subscription menu item on the left side, then the Get Started button and proceed to follow the on-screen steps to initiate a new subscription. If your subscription is still active but paused, continue with the following steps.
   
3. If you want to un-pause your ongoing subscription, the page will show your subscription details and you’ll be able to click the pencil icon next to Status.
   
4. You will be redirected to a new page allowing you to Activate the paused subscription. Select Activate then click the Activate button at the bottom to do so.
   

How can I change my UAD Spark payment plan from monthly to yearly, or vice versa?

1. Log in to your account via the UA account page.
   
2. Click the pencil icon next to Plan and select the desired subscription mode – monthly or yearly.

How can I change my payment method?

1. Log in to your account via the UA account page.
2. Click the "pencil" icon next to Payment Method to select the preferred payment method.
3. After selecting a different payment method, more information will be requested depending on the chosen payment method.  

How long will I have access to my UAD Spark plug-ins after cancelling or pausing my subscription?

You will still have access to your UAD Spark plug-ins until the end of your billing cycle or trial period, if you cancel before your first billing cycle.
