With the LUNA 2.0.4 update, LUNA Pro adds three (3) fully integrated new ARA plug-ins:
- Steinberg WaveLab Go
- SpectraLayers Go
- VoiceAssist Basic
What are ARA plug-ins?
ARA-enabled plug-ins are audio plug-ins that use the Audio Random Access (ARA) technology, which allows them to seamlessly and instantly communicate with a host Digital Audio Workstation (DAW).
For more information on ARA plug-ins, read this article.
What are these plug-ins used for?
- SpectraLayers Go: Enables spectral editing and AI-based audio processing to remove low-end rumble, clicks, pops, and other unwanted noise from recordings, for instance. SpectraLayers also provides control over separate stems through its stem separation features. Using the Unmix function, LUNA Pro users can isolate vocals, instruments, and drums as individual layers. These layers can then be dragged back into a session for further production.
- WaveLab Go: Provides mastering tools within the timeline. Analyze loudness for different streaming platforms, use spectrum visualization editing, and prepare mixes for export across formats and streaming platforms.
- VoiceAssist Basic: Provides AI-powered denoising, dereverberation, frequency recovery, leveling, breath and sibilance controls right into LUNA Pro.
