In some cases, the UADx/native plug-in licenses do not activate properly and a reinstallation of the iLok License Manager may be necessary. Follow the steps pertaining to your operating system below in order to uninstall and reinstall the iLok License Manager properly.
macOS
- Close all software and the iLok License Manager if it is open.

Download the iLok License Manager installer available here, then open the .dmg file and run the Uninstall License Support application.
- Click the Finder icon in your dock to open a new Finder window, and navigate to:
• Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support
Then, delete the PACEAntiPiracy folder if it is still present.
- Navigate to this folder:
• Macintosh HD/Library/Preferences
Then, delete this file: com.paceap.eden.clientdb.v1.01.sdb if it is still present.

Click the Go menu option at the top, then press/hold the Alt/Option to make the User Library folder appear. Click it and navigate to these files and folders to delete them completely:
• ~/Library/Caches/com.paceap.eden.iLokLicenseManager (folder)
• ~/Library/Caches/com.paceap.iLokLicenseManager (folder)
• ~/Library/Preferences/com.paceap.iLokLicenseManager.plist (file)
• ~/Library/Preferences/com.paceap.eden.iLokLicenseManager.plist (file)
• ~/Library/Saved Application State/com.paceap.eden.iLokLicenseManager.savedState (folder)
• ~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/Default/Extensions/aohghmighlieiainnegkcijnfilokake (folder)
Note: The last folder may not be available – skip it if it is absent.
- Empty your Trash bin and reboot your computer.
- Navigate to this web page to download the newest version of iLok License Manager, or run the installer from the .dmg file you previously downloaded in step 2.
- Launch the iLok License Manager and log in to the iLok account associated with your Universal Audio account.
Windows
- Close all software and the iLok License Manager if it is open.

Press the Windows key on your keyboard and type Control Panel.
- From the Control Panel, look for the Programs section. Under it, click the Uninstall a program option.
- From the list of applications, look for and click Pace License Support Win64. Right-click it and select Uninstall. Wait for the Installshield Wizard to finish then restart your computer.
- Delete the following folders if they still exist:
• C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\PACE\iLokDriverPackages
• C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\PACE\Proxy
• C:\Program Files (x86)\iLok License Manager
- Navigate to this web page to download and install the newest version of iLok License Manager.
- Launch the iLok License Manager and log in to the iLok account associated with your Universal Audio account.
