These plug-ins are a great way for new users to get started with UAD plug-ins right out of the box without the need for an additional purchase. I already own some or all of the plug-ins in the included bundle. Can I replace the plug-ins I already own with alternate options?
No, the plug-ins are included with every UAD-2 device free of charge, and we are unable to exchange these plug-ins for other choices.
If I already own some or all of the plug-ins, will I be issued duplicate licenses?
No, if you have been issued the plug-ins when registering another product, you will not receive duplicate licenses.
My computer uses an older operating system, so I'm running an older version of UAD software. I don't see some of the plug-ins listed above in my DAW. How do I use these plug-ins?
Some of the plug-ins contained in these bundles – such as the UA 610-B, Raw Distortion, Marshall Plexi Classic, Ampeg SVT-VR Classic and Precision Mix Rack Collection plug-ins – were released in later versions of the UAD software. If you are running an older UAD software version because of your computer's operating system, you may be unable to use some of these plug-ins without upgrading. The plug-in licenses will still be stored in your account; however, if you ever choose to update your operating system and UAD software, you will still be able to authorize those plug-ins at that point.
I own an Apollo interface and received the Marshall Plexi Classic plug-in as part of my Realtime Analog Classics bundle. Why can't I use the Marshall Plexi Super Lead 1959 plug-in?
The Marshall Plexi Classic plug-in that is included with Apollo interfaces is a light version of the full Marshall Plexi Super Lead 1959 plug-in.
I see the Precision Mix Rack Collection authorized in my account, but I don't see that plug-in listed in my DAW. How can I use the Precision Mix Rack Collection?
The Precision Mix Rack Collection is actually made up of four individual plug-ins: Precision Channel Strip, Precision Reflection Engine, Precision Delay Mod, and Precision Delay Mod L. For more information, read this article.
