Which UAD plug-ins can I choose as part of my Custom Bundle?
Any individual UAD plug-in or plug-in "Collection" can be chosen as part of a Custom Bundle. Other plug-in bundles, such as the Magnetic Tape Bundle, Neve Complete Bundle, etc are excluded and can not be chosen as part of a Custom Bundle.
If choosing a UAD Select Bundle, only specific plug-ins can be selected to fulfill the bundle. For more information about UAD Select Bundles, read this article.
Which LUNA Extensions and UAD Instruments can I choose as part of my Custom Bundle?
Any individual LUNA Extension or UAD Instrument can be chosen as part of a Custom Bundle. Other LUNA extension or UAD Instrument bundles, such as the LUNA Creator Bundle, LUNA API Vision Console Emulation Bundle, LUNA Analog Essentials Bundle, etc are excluded and can not be chosen as part of a custom bundle.
If choosing a UAD Select Bundle, only specific plug-ins can be selected to fulfill the bundle. For more information about UAD Select Bundles, read this article.
Note: Spitfire Instruments are excluded and cannot be chosen as part of a custom bundle.
I just purchased a Custom Bundle. How long do I have to choose my plug-ins?
You have 45 days from purchase to choose your Custom Bundle plug-ins, and your demo times will be reset after your purchase so you can try out each plug-in that interests you during this period. If you haven't picked your plug-ins after 45 days, the most popular plug-ins will automatically be chosen to complete your bundle.
How do I choose my Custom Bundle plug-ins once I'm ready?

Can I apply a coupon to my Custom Bundle purchase?
No. Custom Bundles are pre-discounted promotional offers and cannot be combined with any other offers, coupons, or vouchers.

Which Custom Bundles are available for purchase in the online store?
The "Custom 3", "Custom 6", "Custom 10" and "Ultimate" bundles are available in the online store. Note that other Custom Bundle variations may be available during the registration of a new UAD-2/Apollo hardware product, however those variations are not available for purchase from the online store.
How can I purchase a Custom Bundle from the online store?
Custom Bundles appear at the top of our online store in their own "UAD Custom Bundles" category, and can also be accessed at this link. Note that Custom Bundle pricing in our online store is subject to change and may differ from the Custom Bundle offers shown when registering a new UAD-2/Apollo hardware product.
How do I choose my plug-ins when purchasing a Custom Bundle from the online store?
When clicking on a Custom Bundle in the online store you will be taken to this page. Click the "Add To Cart" button for the Custom Bundle you would like to purchase and you will immediately be asked to choose your plug-ins. Once you've selected your plug-ins, click the "Authorize Bundle" button to add the completed bundle to your cart and proceed with checkout.
