How do I redeem my SoundID Reference for Headphones license?

To redeem your SoundID Reference for Headphones license, follow these steps:

1. Register your new Apollo X Gen 2 interface on our website before July 15th, 2026.
2. Open UA Connect. If you have not yet installed UA Connect, please download and install it first.
3. In UA Connect, under the Apollo & UAD-2 tab, you will find your SoundID Reference for Headphones + Apollo Monitor Correction Add-on license activation key.
4. Visit the Sonarworks website to create an account and register your license activation key.
5. Follow the software download and activation steps in your Sonarworks account.

I bought an Apollo X Gen 2 from an authorized retailer, but it won't arrive before May 31, 2026. What should I do?

As long as you purchased the device before June 30, 2026, and you register it to your account before July 15, 2026, you will benefit from the promotion.

I already own one or more of the software titles included in the offer. Can I get a replacement?

We will not offer alternate options if you already own some or all of the titles included in this promotion.

Are there any upgrade paths available for SoundID Reference for Speakers & Headphones or SoundID Reference for Multichannel?
