This article provides the information you need to get started with the new Bluetooth and USB MIDI features available with your two-footswitch UAFX pedals.
Important Notes
- To use the new Bluetooth and USB MIDI features, you need both UAFX firmware 2.0 or newer (available in the UA Connect app, which needs to be up to date) and the UAFX Control mobile app 3.0 or newer. Get these apps here.
- When installing the new firmware, keep your pedal connected and powered on. The update can take up to five minutes, and your pedal might restart twice. The update is complete after the installation dialog in UA Connect closes.
- UAFX Control 3.0 requires iOS 15 or Android 13 and newer.
