Uninstall UA Connect & Delete Preference Files

Uninstall Volt Device Driver
Launch Apps > Installed apps
- Press the [Windows] key
- Type “Apps & features” (without quotes)
- Hit [Enter]
Remove the Volt Driver
- Find and click Universal Audio Volt Driver
- Click on Uninstall
- Confirm by clicking Uninstall again
- Click OK
Reinstall UA Connect
After UA Connect has been uninstalled along with the preference files and the Volt driver, reinstall using the latest version of UA Connect found here..
