How can I get the UAD Native ports?
New purchases are available for the introductory price of $79 each for a limited time. New purchases include both the UAD DSP and UAD Native plug-in licenses.
Customers who already own UAD DSP plug-in licenses can purchase the UAD Native license upgrade for $2.99 each via the active Upgrade button on product pages after logging in to their UA account.
If you own only one of them, you can purchase the other for $29.
You can also obtain both EMT plug-ins and an additional eight (8) plug-ins in the Mix Tape Pro bundle. Additionally, we recommend you check your Offers page to see if a promotion is available to you.
Of course, all UAD Spark users can also get these two new ports with their active subscription!
Are the UAD Native ports different from their UAD DSP counterparts?
Sonically, the UAD Native ports for EMT 140 and EMT 250 are completely identical to their respective UAD DSP versions.
How many UAD Native licenses can I authorize simultaneously?
If you purchase a perpetual license or UAD Native upgrade, it can be authorized on up to three (3) locations, including computers or iLok USBs.
For UAD Spark users, the license can be activated on up to two (2) locations – one to the iLok Cloud Session, the other to an iLok USB.
Why are you charging money for these native ports?
We understand the upgrade may not be for everyone. However, while the UAD Native plug-ins sound identical to their UAD DSP counterparts, additional development was still needed to ensure that all functionalities and the utmost quality were preserved.
Note that the Customer Care team does not have control over pricing or policies for these upgrade offers.
