Do I need an Apollo or UAD-2 device to use Capitol Studios?
No, Capitol Studios is a native-only plug-in and does not require any UA hardware to use. Because UAD Capitol Studios is a native-only plug-in, you will not find it in UAD Console or UAD Meter & Control Panel, which both display only UAD DSP plug-ins.
UAD Native plug-in licenses are managed using UA Connect. Once downloaded, you can find the plug-in in your DAW.
