I bought a used Volt. Can the original owner transfer the bundled software to my account?
No, the bundled software included with Volt is not transferable.
I tried to use my Volt with a different computer, and now my unclaimed bundled software is missing. What happened?
It's possible you registered your Volt to a different UA account by mistake, making it a “used” device and ineligible to redeem the remaining unclaimed software. You can check which UA account is logged into UA Connect in the top right-hand corner of the application.
If you find yourself in this situation, please get in touch with Customer Care.
Can I use the bundled software on more than one computer?
Yes, while each bundled software title has its own authorization rules set by the developer, all bundled software titles can be authorized on more than one computer.
