This article lists all factory and artist presets that are available for UAFX pedals when using the UAFX Control mobile app. To get UAFX Control, visit this page.

 

About Custom Features in UAFX Factory Presets

  • Factory presets marked with an asterisk (*) in the Custom Features column indicate that the preset uses custom settings that are not available with stock pedal controls.
  • After loading a custom factory preset, any custom controls that are available on knobs are maintained if controls are modified and stored as a new user preset. However, if you adjust a switch that is mapped to a custom setting, the stock settings for the switch are then used.
  • To revert to all stock settings after loading a preset with custom settings, switch to Live mode and store a new preset.

Astra Modulation Machine Factory Presets

Factory Default: CHORUS BRIGADE Classic medium speed and depth analog chorus in dual stereo mode.  
Factory Default: FLANGER DBLR Smooth flanging with invert and slow speed.  
Factory Default: TREM 65 Slow speed, high depth tube trem.  
Factory Default: PHASER X90 Medium speed script style phasing.  
Factory Default: DHARMA TREM 61 Classic harmonic tremolo with vibe like swing.  
BlockPhaser 180 Degree Stereo Block phaser with the 180 degree stereo offset setting.  
BlockPhaser 90 Degree Stereo Block phaser with a custom 90 degree stereo offset. *
Classic 80s Chorus Dual stereo mode for wide 80s chorus sound.  
Diamond Like Doubling Subtle doubling setting for tight and "Broken" era sounds.  
Disco Block Phase Late 70s block mode with chewy medium speed.  
Double Chorus into Flanger The main sound is a chorus setting using the doubler mode, which then feeds a 2nd unit with slow flanging for extra depth. *
Double Flangers 180 Connects a 2nd blue flanger with slow, deep settings. Both units go thru each other for extra deep flanging, and both use 180 invert for extra hollow sounds. *
Double Flangers Connects a 2nd blue flanger with slow and deep settings. Both units go through each other for extra deep flanging. *
Doubler Dual Chorus Imaging Uses the doubler as a slow and deep moving stereo chorus unit.  
Doubler Fast Chorus Uses the doubler as a fast speed with shallow depth stereo chorus unit.  
Dripping Flanger Stereo fast speed with high regeneration and invert.  
Dyn Depth Trem 1 Custom setting with a dynamic depth effect that trails into tremolo. Shade controls depth swing sensitivity, and Shape adds speed swing on top of depth swing. *
Dyn Depth Trem 2 Custom setting with a dynamic depth effect that reduces tremolo depth on trails. Shade controls depth swing sensitivity, and Shape adds speed swing on top of depth swing. *
Dyn Light Random Custom LFO shape and tilt with just a bit of randomness. Also dynamic depth so chords trail with more chop. *
Dyn Random Chopper Custom LFO shape and tilt adds LFO randomness with harmonic tremolo. *
Dyn Speed Chopper Custom LFO shape and tilt is tweaked for extreme tremolo sounds. *
Fast Tube Trem Fast tremolo with deep setting enabled for a more pronounced chop.  
Fast Vibrato Spinner Fast speed with depth tuned similar to the pitch swing of a rotating speaker.  
Flanger Jets High regeneration and slow speed for chewy 70s style flange.  
Gentle Vibrato Classic mode with gentle vibrato on only one side of the stereo field.  
Hard Hitting Chop DHarma Custom dynamic LFO type and speed ramp decays into a slow speed, for a mixture of classic chop and harmonic tremolo. *
Hidden Vibes Reverse Custom dynamic depth and speed that starts at maximum, then trails off into dry guitar. *
Hidden Vibes Custom dynamic depth and speed that decays into slow and deep modulation. Your instrument remains dry and punchy for chord strumming, but trails into mod as notes decay. *
Mellow Trem 90 Soft sine wave setting with a custom 90 degree stereo spread. *
Mono Square Chop Trem Deep and fast with a square wave for maximum tube tremolo chop.  
Pulsing Dual Chorus Medium fast speed with chorus on left and right outputs.  
Script Edruption Phase Same era and setting as used on Eruption.  
ScriptPhaser 180 Degree Stereo Script phaser with the 180 degree stereo offset.  
ScriptPhaser 90 Degree Stereo Script phaser with a custom 90 degree stereo offset setting. *
Slow Flange Growl Slow speed and medium regeneration.  
Soft Ballad Trem Slow with medium intensity, great for big chords.  
Square Deep Trem Square tremolo setting with a custom 90 degree stereo spread. *
Vibey DHarma A similar type of modulation used by classic "vibe" pedals from the late 60s.  
Wobble Vibrato Slightly detuned depth for a more sinister sound.  
Wobbly Doubler Chorus Doubler mode with high regeneration, maximum delay time, and medium speed.

Dream '65 Reverb Amp Factory Presets

Preset Description Custom Features
Factory Default Overdriven black panel with EV12 and Con 414 mic punch.  
1x12 with 4x10 Stack Custom setup combines a 1x12 EV12 with Con 414 and 4x10 SVerb with Dyn 57 hard-panned. This wide and thick tone is great for fuzz and overdrive pedals in front. *
Boutique D Blues D-Tex boost with extra tube gain and custom Con 67 and Rib 121 setup for huge modern blues tones. *
Bright Switch Off JBF120 Uses the Lead mod to remove the bright cap from the Volume control (some amps have it on a switch, Dream 65 is hard-wired like the original). Has a warmer clean sound at low Volume knob settings. Great for humbuckers that need more headroom for clean jazz sounds. Has 2x12 JBF120 cab with custom Dyn 421 mics to add back sparkle and depth. *

D65 Break Up Ribbons Edge of breakup amp setting with custom Rib 160 on-axis mics. Great with overdrive and fuzz pedals in front. *
Dyn 1x12 and 4x10 Combos Custom setup with Dyn 57s and 1x12 Oxford panned left, and SVerb 4x10 panned right. Adds depth of field without being too spread out. *
EV12 Break Up Dynamics Edge of breakup amp setting with a bit of D-Tex mod and custom Dyn 421 on-axis. Also great with overdrive and fuzz pedals in front. *
Hard Fast Trem Custom on axis Rib 160 mics with tons of spring reverb, maximum tremolo depth, and fast speed. Punchy GB25 speaker delivers an extra aggressive grind. *
Jerrys Twins Hi-Fi clean and snap with vintage JBF120 twin cabinet for classic jam band tones.  
Lead Greenback Mix Lead mode with treble maxed and amp on 10 to create an edgy overdrive lead tone. Uses a custom blend of Dyn 57 and Rib 160 mics summed together. *
Rib 1x12 and 4x10 Combos Custom setup with Rib 160s and 1x12 Oxford panned left, and SVerb 4x10 panned right. Adds depth of field without being too spread out. *
Smooth Ribbon Drive D-Tex boost and amp-on-10 tone with a custom off axis Rib 160 mic and a small amount of Dyn 57 for added attack. *
Split Cab GB n JBF Sizzle D-Tex boost with amp-on-10 sizzle. This custom split cab has the GB25 with Con 414 left, and the JBF120 with Con 67 right. *
Studio Rhythm Chunk Chunky bridge pickup modded amp tone with midrange bump, preamp boost, EV12 with Con 414 punch, and a tight power amp tweak.  
Super Neck Split Cab Blues-approved 4x10 super-style overdrive with midrange tone stack tweak, and custom Con 414 and Dyn 57 mics hard-panned. *
The Everything Works Tone Completely stock vintage 65 black panel tone! This setting of Volume 3, Bass 7, and Treble 6 works for all single coil and humbucker cleanish tones.  
Vintage Trem n Verb Based on the Everything Works setting, adds a little more volume and a slow medium depth tremolo.  
Warm JBF120s Custom setup using Rib 121 mics to soften the bright aluminum dust cap on the JBF120s. *

Decreasing those controls fully counterclockwise leaves only the stock 2 voices. Mod knob controls both depth and speed, and predelay can add up to 250 ms of slapback. *

PREC Glide Time wCrossfeed Custom crossfeed setting for a left, right and back to center delay trail. Also uses a glide (pitch swing) when changing delay times with tap tempo or the Delay knob. *
PREC Spin Cycle Mod Custom 2nd delay modulation setting for a fast rotating speaker sound. *

1x12 JP12 Blue Off Axis Stock blue speaker with Dyn 57s off-axis for a warmer small combo sound. *
Big British Stack 67 Jumpered channels with midrange boost and off-axis tube Con 67 mics for a classic rock vibe. Great with humbuckers. *
Dimed Dual Cabs GB and JBF A custom setup using GB25 and JBG120 with off-axis Dyn 57s, hard-panned for extra depth. *
Dirty Blue 421s Off Axis Jumped channels with boost and off-axis Dyn 421 for dirty rhythm sounds. *
Dual Ribbon Rock Doubler Custom setup with hard-panned Rib 121 and Rib 160 on-axis ribbon mics with EP preamp engaged. Has a tight room as a doubling sound for a wide rock rhythm tones. *
