Important Notes about UAD Software

  • UAD Software 11.6 and later is incompatible with UAD devices connected by FireWire. UAD Software 11.5.2 and earlier feature FireWire compatibility and can be downloaded below.
  • All UAD Console versions and UAD software versions from 11.8.1 and on are installed through deep links, which open UA Connect and install the selected version within UA Connect. UA Connect must be installed and open for those links to function.  Note that the version number will only change after the installation has completed.
  • Alternative download or installation methods for UAD Console are not available. For UA Connect troubleshooting, refer to this article.
  • Additionally, the UAD Console version you install should match the listed UAD Software version.

Important Note About macOS Catalina 10.15 Compatibility with UAD Console

If your system is running macOS Catalina 10.15 and you are using UAD software v11.5.0 or v11.5.2, you need to have UA Connect 1.6.2 installed to download and install UAD Console.
