  1. Install UA Connect and register your Volt interface, if you have not already done so. More information on this topic is available in this article.
  2. Click the Volt Interfaces tab.
  3. Click Redeem next to the UJAM plug-ins, such as Virtual Drummer DEEP.
  4. Click the Claim Your Code button. The code is automatically copied to the clipboard.
  5. Click the Continue button to access the UJAM website. Paste the code into the first field.
  6. Repeat step 3-4 for the other plug-in licenses, such as Virtual Bassist DANDY.
  7. Go back to the already opened UJAM web page and click the Add another license button to create a new field. Then, paste the license code into the newly-created second field.
  8. Click the Check License button, then click Continue.
  9. Create a UJAM account, or log into your already existing account if you have one.
  10. Download the installer for both plug-ins.
  11. On macOS, navigate to your Downloads folder and double-click the downloaded zipped file, then double-click the extracted downloader file.
On Windows, double-click on the downloader executable file to install the plug-ins in C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VSTPlugins.
  12. Open your DAW and load the plug-in(s) you activated onto a track. You will be prompted to activate your licenses when running them for the first time.
  13. Log into your UJAM account when prompted, then click Activate License. This step must be repeated for each plug-in that you’ve installed.
