Below are instructions on how to properly uninstall UA Connect amd the Volt driver from your Windows 11 system.

Uninstall UA Connect & Delete Preference Files

Uninstall Volt Device Driver

1. Launch Apps > Installed apps by doing the following:

• Press the [Windows] key
• Type “Installed apps” (without quotes)
• Hit [Enter]

2. In Apps > Installed apps do the following:

• Find Universal Audio Volt Driver in the list of apps
• Click on the ellipses next to Universal Audio Volt Driver
• Click on Uninstall
• Confirm by clicking Uninstall again
• Click OK

Reinstall UA Connect

After UA Connect has been uninstalled along with the preference files and the Volt driver, reinstall using the latest version of UA Connect found here.
