In this article, we explain the steps to follow in order to reset your Apollo interface.
A hardware reset allows Apollo to start with factory default settings. This can be useful when setting up Apollo in new environments, or when troubleshooting an issue.
The reset procedure varies slightly between different Apollo models. It is advised to disconnect or power off output devices (headphones, monitors, etc) before the reset.
Note: The hardware reset does not affect Apollo's firmware version, registration status, or plug-in authorizations.
