FAQ: How To Start a Realtime Apollo Monitor Correction Trial and Activate SoundID Licenses

free trials are available to all new users and existing license owners of SoundID Reference. Anyone can start a new trial from their Sonarworks Account.

New users

1. Log in to your Sonarworks Account, or create a new account
2. Navigate to 'SoundID Reference for Multichannel | with add-ons'
3. Click on 'Activate trial on this device'

Returning trialists and existing license owners

1. Log in to your Sonarworks Account, or create a new account
2. Navigate to 'Apollo Monitor Correction Add-on | 14-Day Trial'
3. Click on 'Activate on this device' 

Note: Launching a free trial for the AMC add-on will also launch a fully-featured Multichannel trial for SoundID Reference, even if you have an existing license for Headphones or Speakers & Headphones. This will unlock 2.1 - 9.1.6 multichannel speaker measurements, which will require a permanent Multichannel license to run after the trial expires.

Activating a permanent license

The Apollo Monitor Correction requires an Add-on license to function permanently. If you have already purchased a license for the AMC Add-on, it will need to be registered and activated in your Sonarworks Account before using:

1. Log in to your Sonarworks Account, or create a new account.
2. Click on Register a new license.
3. Enter your license key and click on Register.
4. Click on Activate on this device under the Apollo Monitor Correction Add-on.
