If you receive an error message that says “Customer account cannot be created” or "An account already exists for this email. Please try logging in." while attempting to create an account on uaudio.com, you may already have an account created.
If you know the password you may have used, simply log in to your account using your password.
If you do not know the password you may have used, you can reset your password for the account by clicking here and selecting “Forgot your password?”. If an account with your email address already exists, you will receive a password reset email.
