ONE Control DAW Extension Setup
- First, make sure the iPad is connected to the same wireless network as the computer running LUNA.
- Launch One Control DAW Edition and select LUNA.
- Open Audio MIDI Setup in the Applications/Utilities folder on your macOS hard drive.
- If it is not already open, choose Window>MIDI Studio from the application menu at the top of the screen. The MIDI Studio window appears.
- Choose MIDI Studio>Open MIDI Network Setup… from the application menu at top of screen. The MIDI Network Setup window appears.
- Click the “+” button under “My Sessions”. A new session appears in the My Sessions area.
- Check the box next to “Session 1” to enable the session.
- Click the iPad device name in the Directory list so the device is selected. Click Connect.
ONE Control Plus DAW Extension is now set up for use with LUNA. By default, ONE Control will display as “Network session name” within LUNA. For instructions on how to configure LUNA, click here.
Important Note: If the iPad is switched away from ONE Control for a period of time, the connection will be lost. To reconnect to the app in this case, perform step 8 again.
ONE Control Pro Extension Setup
- First, make sure the iPad is connected to the same wireless network as the computer running LUNA.
- Launch ONE Control Plus Pro Extension and tap “Create your first Controller”
- Select LUNA.
- Select “Main unit” and tap Create.
- Open Audio MIDI Setup in the Applications/Utilities folder on your macOS hard drive.
- If it is not already open, choose Window>MIDI Studio from the application menu at the top of the screen. The MIDI Studio window appears.
- Choose MIDI Studio>Open MIDI Network Setup… from the application menu at top of screen. The MIDI Network Setup window appears.
- Click the “+” button under “My Sessions”. A new session appears in the My Sessions area.
- Re-name Bonjour name to match Session name. Check the box to enable the session.
- Click on the dropdown menu for, Who may connect to me, and select Anyone.
- Click the iPad device name in the Directory list so the device is selected. Click Connect.
- In One Control Plus Pro Extension, click Edit in the lower right corner and choose Settings.
- Navigate to the MIDI tab and select Edit under CURRENT CONFIGURATION.
- Select the Network Session.
ONE Control Plus Pro Extension is now set up for use with LUNA. By default, ONE Control will display as “Network session name” within LUNA. For instructions on how to configure LUNA, click here.

Known Issues
- The ONE Control + has not implemented PLUG-IN button for the LUNA profile. As a workaround, the Logic Pro profile can be used to edit plug-ins from the iOS app until the PLUG-IN button is implemented into the LUNA profile.
